Welcome to Shipnext.biz (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “Shipnext”). By accessing or using our website, platform, or purchasing any of our products, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use Shipnext.
We aim to keep things simple, powerful, and fast—just like our toolkit. These terms reflect that.
---
Shipnext is a modern development toolkit for solo founders, indie hackers, and small teams who want to launch full-featured SaaS projects without boilerplate code.
Our product is a ready-to-deploy codebase built with Next.js, Prisma, Tailwind, DaisyUI, and integrated with Stripe, Brevo, Strapi, Google Meet, and more. It includes modules for e-commerce, landing pages, affiliate tracking, appointments, blog, CRM, events, and admin widgets—all configurable without writing backend code.
---
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. If you use Shipnext on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.
---
By purchasing a Shipnext license, you get:
- Full source code access
- Lifetime updates for the tier you purchased
- Ready-to-use components and templates
- Admin panel with JSON-configurable UI blocks
- Integration-ready features (Stripe, CRM, appointments, Google Meet, etc.)
- Public documentation (no email gate)
You are buying a license to use the code—not ownership of the product or rights to resell it.
---
Each license is valid per end-use project or per business entity. You may:
If you're building a project for a client, either you or your client needs a valid license.
---
All payments are processed via Stripe.
Because Shipnext is a digital product delivered instantly after purchase, we do not offer refunds under any circumstance. Please review the documentation and demo carefully before purchasing.
---
Shipnext is a flexible starting point—but it may not cover all use cases out of the box. Some custom development or integrations may be required based on your specific project goals.
We strive to provide high-quality code, but we do not guarantee it to be error-free, nor that it will work with every hosting setup, plugin, or third-party integration.
---
You are fully responsible for:
- Securing your own infrastructure (servers, databases, S3 buckets, etc.)
- Managing and protecting your users’ personal data
- Complying with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
We are not responsible for any data loss, security breaches, or damages caused by negligence, misconfiguration, or improper handling of customer data on your part.
---
Shipnext is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Use at your own risk.
---
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if we were advised such damages were possible.
---
We offer documentation and basic email support. We do not provide hands-on customization, ongoing project development, or implementation services unless separately agreed in writing.
---
We may update these Terms occasionally. If we do, we’ll post the updated version here with a new effective date. Continued use of Shipnext means you accept the new terms.
